Prof. Dr. Enie Novieastari, S.Kp., MSN is a Professor in the Department of Basic Science and Fundamental of Nursing at the Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Indonesia (FoN UI).

Her primary areas of expertise include transcultural nursing, cultural competence, nursing education, and nursing ethics and law. She teaches a range of courses at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, including Basic Concepts in Nursing, Health Education and Promotion, Nursing Paradigm and Theories, Professionalism in Nursing, and Transcultural Nursing.

In community engagement, Prof. Enie has been involved in activities focusing on the application of transcultural nursing, promoting healthy lifestyles, and enhancing the cultural competence of nursing students and healthcare professionals across various communities in West Java.
