Tuti Afriani is a lecturer at The Universitas Indonesia, Faculty of Nursing, Basic Science and Fundamentals of Nursing Departement. Her specialization is in nursing leadership and management, focusing on nursing resource development. She previously worked as a nurse at RSUD Labuha, South Halmahera, Maluku Utara. Her research interest are in the area of nursing management and nursing education.
