Dr. Sigit Mulyono, S.Kp., M.N is a lecturer in the Community Nursing Department at the Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Indonesia (FoN UI), and a member of the Family and Community Empowerment research group. His primary areas of expertise include community nursing, school health nursing, health promotion, nursing informatics, and disaster nursing.
As an active researcher, he has produced more than 70 scientific works including journal articles, books, patents, copyrights, and literature reviews. His research focuses on the health of school-age children and adolescents, stunting prevention, the use of digital technology in health promotion, and the development of virtual reality-based applications for health interventions. His scholarly contributions support the achievement of SDG 2 (Zero Hunger) and SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-being).
In the area of community engagement, Dr. Sigit has carried out a number of Community Engagement and Empowerment (PPM) programs focused on the application of innovative technology for health promotion, including the development of a video game application as an anti-smoking education tool for adolescents and technology-based adolescent health programs during the pandemic. These programs were conducted in the Depok area, West Java.
