Joined the Faculty of Nursing at the University of Indonesia in 1999, with areas of interest in Nursing Management, Hospital Management, Technology and Nursing Informatics. Holds certifications from the Fellowship of the International Society for Quality in Health Care (since 2019), Indonesian Health Consultant Certification, Education and Training Certification, Technology Readiness Level Assessor Certification, and Lecturer Certification. Currently entrusted as Chair of the Academic Senate of the Faculty of Indonesia, Chair of the Cooperation Working Group, Commission 3 of the Academic Senate of the University of Indonesia, and member of Committee 3 of the University of Indonesia’s Board of Professors. In addition to being a Professor at FIK UI, also active as a member of the Nursing Committee at the University of Indonesia Hospital, Executive Board Member of the Indonesian National Nurses Association – Research Division, Chair of the Indonesian Nursing Informatics Forum, Functional Team of the Hospital Accreditation Committee (RS), Hospital Accreditation Surveyor and Advisor, Association of Hospitals throughout Indonesia, Indonesian College of Nursing Leadership and Management, Indonesian Nurses Managers Association, Indonesian Nursing Committee Forum, Membership of The International Society for Quality in Health Care, Membership of Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS).
