My clinical background is in Chronic and Complex Care in In-patient Adult Ward and Palliative Care in NGO-based home care. Also, I have participated in Presidential Task Unit for MDG’s to deliver healthcare service in Primary Healthcare Center in rural area under Pencerah Nusantara program in 2014-2015. I have most recently worked in managing several subjects on Basic and Fundamental Nursing area, such as Basic Nursing Practice, Basic Concept of Nursing, and Basic Nursing 1 (focus on meeting the human basic needs). Currently, working on research to evaluate the effectiveness of self reflection report in improving nursing student’s critical thinking. Looking forward to future collaboration in conducting research and creating project on palliative care and clinical nursing education.
