Biography

Indah Permata Sari is Community Health Nursing Specialist graduated from Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Indonesia (FoN UI). She has been working at FoN UI since 2018. She previously worked as Health Program Manager at National Commission for Child Protection (NCCP) in Indonesia and actively to campain about child protection from tobacco harm. Her research interests are community health nursing, transcultural nursing, occupational health nursing in the community and small industries, and climate change’s impact on health. Indah and her colleagues in FoN UI have research that collaborates with Monash University and the University of Melbourne on Empowering Women in Mitigating Climate Change Impacts on Health through the KONEKSI Environment and Climate Change Grant (2023-2024). Her last research project was a task for the World Health Organization South-East Asia Region, exploring the experiences of public health nurses and midwives in South-East Asia Region during the COVID-19 pandemic. She actively teaches Community Health Nurse, Transcultural Nurse, Health Promotion, and Occupational Health Nurse.
