Biography

Dr. Ns. Anggri Noorana Zahra, S.Kep., M.Sc is a lecturer in the Medical Surgical Nursing Department at the Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Indonesia (FoN UI), and a member of the Family and Community Empowerment research group. She earned her doctoral degree from FIK UI with a dissertation entitled “Multidimensional Resilience Model to Improve Antiretroviral Therapy Adherence in People Living with HIV (PLHIV).”

Her areas of expertise and research interest include medical-surgical nursing, self-management in patients with chronic diseases, HIV/AIDS nursing, and care for patients with end-stage renal disease undergoing hemodialysis. As a researcher, she has produced more than 22 scientific works including journal articles, books, and copyrights, focusing on the resilience of people living with HIV in relation to antiretroviral therapy adherence, self-management in end-stage renal disease patients, and the application of evidence-based interventions in medical-surgical nursing. Her scholarly contributions support the achievement of SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-being) and SDG 16 (Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions).

In the area of community engagement, Dr. Anggri has carried out a Community Engagement and Empowerment (PPM) program focused on training and capacity building for community health volunteers (kader) in Central Java Province.
