Ns. Chiyar Edison, SKep., MSc has been a lecturer in the Medical-Surgical Nursing Department at the Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Indonesia (FoN UI) since 2010. His teaching and research areas include internal medicine, emergency and disaster nursing, and wound care.

Between 2018 and 2022, he was appointed by FoN UI as a Clinical Care Nursing Manager in the adult ward of Universitas Indonesia Hospital (RSUI). In this role, he led the nursing team to deliver high-quality patient care. In addition to managing nursing services in the isolation ward, Ns. Chiyar has remained actively involved in teaching both in classroom and clinical settings, while also pursuing his doctoral studies at FoN UI.
