Andi Amalia Wildani is a lecturer at the Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Indonesia, in the Department of Basic Science and Fundamental Nursing. In addition to her academic role, she serves as the Assistant Nurse Manager of Nursing Management at the Sub-Directorate of Nursing, Universitas Indonesia Hospital. She is actively involved in hospital ethics committees, research ethics teams, and nursing education coordination at Universitas Indonesia Hospital. Her teaching expertise covers nursing leadership and management, health law and ethics, basic nursing practice, clinical practice of professional basic nursing, as well as health collaboration and teamwork. Her research interests focus on nursing leadership and management, as well as nursing ethics, aiming to contribute to the advancement of nursing education and practice.
