Ns. Shanti Farida Rachmi, S.Kep., M.Kep., Sp.Kep.MB is a lecturer in the Department of Basic Science and Fundamental of Nursing at the Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Indonesia (FoN UI).
Her areas of expertise and research interest include medical-surgical nursing, therapeutic communication, clinical decision-making, simulation-based nursing education, and health literacy. As a researcher, she has produced various scientific works including journal articles and intellectual property, covering topics such as nursing students’ self-efficacy, comfort levels in breast cancer patients, and digital literacy in nursing.
In community engagement, she has carried out a number of Community Engagement and Empowerment (PPM) programs, including the establishment of a “Little Nurses” program to support child-friendly schools, as well as Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid training for tour guides in Labuan Bajo, East Nusa Tenggara. Her scholarly contributions support the achievement of SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-being).
