Tipe Operasional Shuttle Fakultas dan Kebijakan Mengenai Kendaraan Bebas Emisi di Fakultas

Saat ini FIK UI memiliki 4 shuttle, yang terdiri dari 2 halte atau shuttle bis sebagai tempat naik dan turun penumpang bis kampus, serta 2 shuttle sepeda. Halte bis terletak di kanan dan kiri jalan dan dalam kondisi baik. Sedangkan shuttle sepeda berada di depan dan belakang gedung fakultas. Shuttle sepeda yang berada di depan gedung fakultas merupakan shuttle sepeda umum yang dimiliki oleh UI, sementara shuttle sepeda yang berada di belakang gedung adalah shuttle sepeda milik fakultas dan pribadi. Saat ini FIK UI tidak memiliki bis khusus fakultas, namun sivitas akademika FIK UI menggunakan bis yang disediakan oleh UI. FIK UI memiliki 10 sepeda fakultas dan sekitar 5 sepeda UI yang ada di depan gedung setiap harinya. FIK UI juga sedang gencar melakukan himbauan penggunaan bis UI, sepeda, kendaraan umum lainya, serta jalan kaki kepada sivitas akademika FIK UI dengan memasang poster himbauan tersebut di area FIK UI.

Inisiatif pembatasan jumlah kendaraan bermotor pribadi yang memasuki kawasan Fakultas:

1. Larangan Kendaraan Bermotor Selain Milik Warga dan Tamu FIK UI untuk memasuki kawasan FIK UI
2. Himbauan Menggunakan Bis dan Kendaraan Umum
3. Himbauan Sharing Kendaraan
4. Menyediakan sepeda gratis
5. Terdapat bus UI yang berhenti di shutle bis FIK UI

Dukungan terhadap Pejalan Kaki

FIK UI sangat mendukung terhadap pejalan kaki. Hal ini terlihat dari adanya jalur pejalan kaki di sekitar gedung dan memenuhi aspek keselamatan, kenyamanan dan ramah untuk disabilitas. FIK UI juga mendukung gerakan naik turun tangga di lingkungan FIK UI, dengan memasang poster dan banner di beberapa area seperti mading, lift, dan tangga. FIK UI juga memiliki kebijakan terkait dukungan terhadap pejalan kaki. Kebijakan tersebut tercantum dalam Keputusan Dekan Fakultas Ilmu Keperawatan Universitas Indonesia Nomor: 5670/UN2.F12.D/HKP.02.04/2018 tentang Kebijakan Implementasi Go Green FIK UI point j. Kebijakan tersebut saat ini dalam masa sosialisasi kepada seluruh civitas akademika FIK UI.

Types of Faculty Shuttle Operations and Policies Regarding Emission-Free Vehicles at the Faculty

Currently, FIK UI has 4 shuttles, consisting of 2 bus stops and 2 bicycle shuttles. Bus stops are located on the right and left of the road and are in good condition. While the bicycle shuttle is in front and behind the faculty building. The bicycle shuttle in front of the faculty building is a public bicycle shuttle owned by UI, while the bicycle shuttle behind the building is a bicycle shuttle belonging to the faculty and private. Currently, FIK UI does not own a faculty bus, but the FIK UI academic community uses the bus provided by UI. FIK UI has 10 faculty bicycles and about 5 UI bicycles in front of the building every day. FIK UI is also intensively advocating the use of UI buses, bicycles, other public transportation, and walking to the FIK UI academic community by placing posters of the appeal in the FIK UI area.

Initiative to Limit The Number of Private Motor Vehicles Entering the Faculty Area

To limit the number of private motor vehicles entering the Faculty area, faculty has initiate a few points:

1. Other than the vehicles belongs to residents and guests of FIK UI, motor vehicles are prohibited to enter the FIK UI area
2. Promotes to use buses and public transportation
3. Promotes vehicle sharing
4. Provide free bicycles
5. There are university buses that stop at the FIK UI shuttle bus

Pedestrian Priority on Faculty

Faculty of Nursing is very supportive of pedestrians. This can be seen from the presence of pedestrian paths around the building which fulfills the aspects of safety, comfort and is friendly to people with disabilities. Path for the disabled has begun to be developed. Faculty of Nursing also supports the use of the stairs program, by placing posters and banners in several areas such as wall boards, elevators, and stairs. Furthermore, Faculty of Nursing also has a policy regarding support for pedestrians. The policy is stated in the decree of the dean number: 5670/UN2.F12.D/HKP.02.04/2018 regarding the Go Green Implementation Policy Faculty of Nursing Universitas Indonesia point j. The policy is currently socialization to the entire of faculty civitas academica.
