Vision

"To become a center for the development of nursing science and technology that is adaptive, culturally sensitive, and competitive to contribute to the development of Indonesian and world public health in 2035"

Mission
  1. Organizing quality nursing education by providing broad and fair access.
  2. Producing graduates who are professional, adaptive, culturally sensitive, competitive, virtuous, and adhere to nursing ethics.
  3. Developing science and technology through quality research and community service activities that are relevant to dynamic health services.
  4. Developing alumni networks and stakeholder di tingkat nasional dan internasional.

Vision:

Making the Faculty of Nursing, University of Indonesia as a center for the development of nursing science and technology that is culturally sensitive and can compete nationally and internationally and contribute to health development in 2035.

Mission:

  1. Provide broad and fair access for the community to quality nursing education at various types and levels.
  2. Organizing quality Tridharma of higher education activities that are relevant to the challenges of the development of national and global health and nursing services.
  3. Prepare students to become graduates who have high intellectuality, noble character and obey the Indonesian Nursing Code of Ethics so that they are able to compete nationally and globally.
  4. Creating an academic climate that is able to support the realization of the vision of FON UI.
  5. Improve national and global networks to achieve quality Tridharma and a good nursing image.
  6. Develop evidence-based, technological and culturally sensitive nursing learning and practice.
  7. Fostering nursing institutions and alumni in order to improve competence.
  8. Actively contribute to achieving the vision of Universitas Indonesia to become an independent and superior legal university that is able to solve problems and challenges at the national and global levels, towards excellence in Southeast Asia.


Objectives
:

  1. Develop culturally sensitive nursing science and technology and strive for its application to improve public health.
  2. Strengthen and develop networks to realize a professional nursing community in the Southeast Asian region.
  3. Producing quality graduates who are able to compete nationally, regionally and internationally.
  4. Organizing various nursing researches that can contribute to the development of culturally sensitive nursing science both independently and in collaboration with domestic and foreign partners.
  5. Encourage and support the active participation of the academic community in health development and community service.
  6. Carry out Evidence Based Practice (EBP) learning and nursing practice, so that the uniqueness of nursing applied in Indonesia will be more developed.
  7. Organizing healthy and accountable FON UI governance by synergizing its potential and resources to run in harmony.
  8. Making FON UI one of the leading nursing education institutions in Southeast Asia.
