To download the Online Certificate, do the following:
1. Check your name and certificate number on the following link:

2. Copy your certificate number in the database and paste it in this link:
WEBINAR International Nursing Day – Puskris FIK UI
3. Click "Cari Sertifikat"
4. When the data appears, click the Generate PDF button to download or print the Online Certificate.
For information, this Online Certificate is only issued to participants who fill in the data correctly on our form and can participate in webinar activities from start to finish.
