About Muhamad Adam is an academic and nursing practitioner specializing in Medical-Surgical Nursing, Cardiovascular Nursing, and Emergency Nursing. Since 2013, he has been serving as a Lecturer in the Department of Medical-Surgical Nursing at the Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Indonesia, and since 2018, he has also held the position of Clinical Care Manager at Emergency Department, Universitas Indonesia Hospital. Beyond his roles in education and clinical practice, Muhamad Adam is actively involved in research, particularly in the fields of medical-surgical nursing, cardiovascular nursing, and emergency nursing. He has contributed significantly to the development and establishment of national nursing standards, including the Indonesian Nursing Professional Standards, the Indonesian Nursing Diagnosis Standards (SDKI), the Indonesian Nursing Outcome Standards (SLKI), and the Indonesian Nursing Intervention Standards (SIKI). Additionally, he has played a key role in drafting nursing standard operating procedure guidelines, nursing care guidelines (PAK), and nursing policy development in Indonesia. As an active member of professional nursing organizations, he is committed to advancing nursing competency, education, training, and certification programs, ensuring continuous professional development for nurses across Indonesia. |
