Depok, August 19, 2025 – The Directorate of Operations, Facility Maintenance, and Asset Management (DOPFMA) of Universitas Indonesia held the “DOPFMA Greets” event at the Faculty of Nursing (FIK UI). The event served not only as a gathering to strengthen connections but also as an important forum to introduce new leadership and to socialize the directorate’s program directions in supporting smooth operational services and facility management across the UI campus.

In their presentation, DOPFMA emphasized three main services that will continue to be strengthened and communicated to the academic community: licensing services, campus entry permits, and facility management. Licensing services include new business permits, business permit renewals, and construction permits, which are expected to streamline administrative processes related to both academic and non-academic activities. Meanwhile, campus entry permits focus on regulating parking and access within the UI campus to ensure orderliness and transparency, providing a safe and comfortable mobility experience for both the campus community and visitors. Facility management is carried out through SIJAFAS (Facility Borrowing Information System), a digital platform designed to simplify the process of requesting campus spaces or facilities more efficiently, transparently, and in an integrated manner.

More than just a socialization session, the DOPFMA Greets event also served as a platform for two-way communication between the directorate and the FIK UI community. Through interactive dialogue, members of the academic community were able to provide feedback, express their needs, and raise any challenges they face, particularly regarding facility management and campus services.

Dr. Masfuri, S.Kp., M.N., Vice Dean for Resources, Ventures, and General Administration at FIK UI, welcomed the event and emphasized the importance of synergy among units at UI. “We appreciate DOPFMA for coming directly to engage in communication and listen to the faculty’s needs. With good collaboration, we are confident that a more comfortable, safe, and productive learning and working environment will be created,” he said.

Through this activity, DOPFMA reaffirmed its commitment to providing services that are not only transparent and efficient but also responsive to the dynamic needs of the academic community. It is hoped that DOPFMA Greets can become a regular agenda to strengthen collaboration, foster a healthy academic climate, and make UI a campus that excels in governance and asset management.
