The Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Indonesia (FoN UI) achieved a remarkable milestone by winning three prestigious awards at the Universitas Indonesia – Zone of Integrity (UI-ZI) Awards 2025, held at the Universitas Indonesia Convention Hall.

FoN UI won 1st Runner-Up in the Faculty-Level Zone of Integrity Implementation category. In addition, FoN UI also received two other awards: Best Area for Strengthening Accountability and Best Area for Apparatus HR Management System Structuring.

This achievement serves as concrete proof of FoN UI’s commitment to building clean, transparent, and accountable governance. Various initiatives have been implemented, ranging from strengthening performance accountability systems, developing clear and measurable indicators, to optimizing merit-based human resource management. All of these efforts are aimed at delivering professional, responsive services focused on the satisfaction of the academic community and the public.

The Vice Dean for Resources, Ventures, and General Administration, Dr. Masfuri, S.Kp., M.N., stated that this award serves as an important motivation for FoN UI to continue innovating.

“We believe that integrity is the foundation of academic service quality. This achievement gives us renewed energy to keep improving, innovating, and making a real impact on society,” said Dr. Masfuri.

This success reaffirms FoN UI’s position as one of the faculties consistently supporting the implementation of the Zone of Integrity at UI. This initiative is also in line with Universitas Indonesia’s vision of realizing excellent, transparent, accountable, and globally competitive higher education governance.
