The Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Indonesia (FoN UI) has successfully been recognized as one of the entities with Full Vital Archive Status within Universitas Indonesia. This award was granted by the Quality Assurance and Internal Supervision Agency through the UI Archives Office, based on the identification of vital archives conducted across all units at UI.

This assessment refers to the Official Memorandum from the Head of BPMPUI, Number: 348/UN2.R6/HKP.06.00/2025, on the Identification of University Vital Archives, which requires each work unit to complete and identify vital archives using a special form. The categories of vital archives evaluated include:

Decrees Establishing Study Programs — covering the Bachelor of Nursing Science Program, Professional Nurse Program, Master of Nursing Science Program, and Doctor of Nursing Science Program.

First Graduates’ Archives — consisting of the diplomas and academic transcripts of the first graduates from each study program.

Accreditation Certificates — issued every five years since the first accreditation.

FoN UI has been assessed as having fully met all the categories of vital archives, which are well-managed and complete. This achievement reflects FoN UI’s commitment to maintaining the completeness, security, and sustainability of important documents as part of transparent and accountable institutional governance.

Dean of the Faculty of Nursing (FoN) at UI, Prof. Dr. Rr. Tutik Sri Hariyati, S.Kp., MARS, expressed her appreciation to all the teams involved in records management for their cooperation and discipline in ensuring that important documents are properly stored. "Orderly records management is not just an administrative obligation, but also a form of our responsibility towards the history and sustainability of the institution," said Prof. Roro.

With this achievement, the Faculty of Nursing (FoN) at UI joins several other faculties and programs at UI that have also received similar recognition, such as the Faculty of Medicine, the Faculty of Dentistry, the Faculty of Economics and Business, the Faculty of Psychology, the Faculty of Computer Science, the Faculty of Pharmacy, the Faculty of Administrative Sciences, and the Vocational Education Program.
